Research Interests:

My primary research interests focus on the evolutionary analysis of genes and genomes, as well and bioinformatics software and database development related to DNA sequence analysis.  Currently, my laboratory is working on the fungal secretome analysis and database development as well as identification of alternatively spliced genes in fungi.
