Overview of Restrictions: In general, students enrolled in Dr.
Cooper’s course(s) have permission to download, print, and distribute materials copyrighted by Dr. Cooper without his expressed written permission so long as such materials are not used for i) activities associated with the commission of academic dishonesty, ii) activities intended to circumvent course policies, and iii) activities which result in monetary profit by either the student or others. For other uses, students or others must seek written permission from Dr. Cooper.

Lectures. Dr. Cooper’s lectures are also protected by a copyright held by him. Students currently enrolled in his course(s) may record (by printed, written, digital, or other types of media) Dr. Cooper’s lectures provided that the recorded lectures are used solely by the individual and not further distributed in any form whatsoever without expressed written permission from Dr. Cooper.
